The very first FullBlood Elkhound litter ever in history is coming in Montana in about a week. Yes, you read that correctly, first ever. Kamia Kennels and the famous co-breeder Linda have planned out a tremendous litter from VAEDA and ARCO.

Linda will be whelping this litter in the USA and I had Vaeda and ARCO up with me for the mating and previous litter.

A previous litter pup is none other than the famous Full Blood Elkhound Hatchet Jack, who lives in Montana.

I have hiked with generations of this upcoming pup on both sides. I of course imported the very first Swedish Elkhound to North America destined for creating the Full Bloods, Aina. She is the Great Grandmother of these incredible Fullbloods.

As many of you already know her lineage is famous as a founding lineage of the Jamthund overseas and her ancestors are all hunting Champions, her mother Lisa was a Finnish Bear Champion and her father a Finnish Moose Champion. Aina carries Nordic Champion bloodlines, yes, Champions who were able to secure a Championship in at least 3 Scandinavian countries. Impressive!

Ark, her first son, first Jamthund born in Canada, is the Grandfather to this important litter coming. He is a legend of course. Check him out, I have so many videos and stories on this magnificent Elkhound.

Arco’s mother is the second most important Swedish Elkhound female in North America, one of the very best in the world, Varella. She as well was imported to be the foundation genetic lines behind all the Jamthunds and the Full Bloods. Her and Aina are both incredible preservation bloodlines and the very best from the Finland kennels. I also imported her from the Karelian district to Canada.

I just did a recent video a couple days into Dec of 25 of ARCO with his famous Mama, Varella.

ARCO is an incredible male, with one of the best genetic backgrounds of any Elkhound in existence, or before. Phenomenal fella.

Now Vaeda, she is of course my little protege from way back. I sat with her when she was born, raised her up, trained her off leash in the mountains, her skills were impeccable way back. Even as a little pup she was incredible. I had Aila, a sister to Ark help mentor Vaeda, Aila being one of the very best mentor Elkhounds on the planet for off leash remote terrain work.

Jamthund Females Full Blood Foundation Elkhounds

I have no end to stories on Vaeda’s impressive background. She is the famed Norrland bloodline in North America and the last remaining links to the Norrland dogs are her background. I have hiked thousands of miles with her Mother Vida, her Grandmother GAEDA and her Grandfather Takoda. This is the best handler focused lineage in the world.

Aina was mentored and trained by none other than Takoda, who is the Grandfather to Vaeda. This magnificent pair line the background of this upcoming litter of Full Bloods.
