We are very pleased to announce that Aurella and Posso, both Full Jamthunds, are expected to mate in the coming weeks. This pairing represents a major milestone in our Third‑Generation Jamthund Program, bringing together two of the strongest working-line ancestries remaining in North America.

This is a Pair‑for‑Life breeding strategy, designed to stabilize and strengthen the Jamthund lineage for long-term restoration.

THE DAM — AURELLA

Aurella is a daughter of Ark and Varella, and a granddaughter of Aina and Rico, carrying forward one of the most important Jamthund maternal dynasties in the program.

She is a true working Jamthund, known for:

• Exceptional bear sense and confidence
• Calm, intelligent decision-making in the bush
• Deep bonding and cooperative temperament

Posso was imported from Finland at the same time as Varella, bringing in a pure hunting-line Jamthund ancestry with depth, size, and working grit.

He is a large-frame, long-range male with:

• Classic Karelian/Jamthund structure and bone
